Quick Guide on How to Create an Account and Post Your Villa or Land Listings

Getting started with Bali Real Estate Listings is quick and easy! Whether you're listing a villa, land, or other property in Bali, our platform simplifies the process for you. This quick guide walks you through creating an account and posting your property listing step-by-step, ensuring maximum visibility to potential buyers worldwide. Let us help you showcase your property and connect with the right audience effortlessly.

1. Quick Guide to Create an Account

  • Locate the User Icon:

    • On the top right corner of the website, you’ll see a user icon (typically represented by a silhouette or profile icon).
    • Click on the user icon to open the login form.
  • Click “Register Now” for First-Time Users:
    • Below the login form, you’ll see a message that says, “If you don’t have an account yet, click Register Now.”
    • Click on the “Register Now” link. This will open the registration form where you can create a new account.

  • Complete the Registration Form:

    • Enter Required Information:
      • You will be asked to fill out several fields with your personal information such as:
        • Full Name
        • Email Address
        • Phone Number
        • Agent Type
        • Password
        • Confirm Password
      • Make sure all information is accurate and up-to-date.

  • Submit the Registration:

    • Once all required fields are completed, click the Submit button to finish the registration process.

  • Redirect to Dashboard:

    • After you submit your registration, you will be automatically redirected to your Dashboard page. This is where you’ll manage your listings and account.

  • Agree to the Terms and Conditions:

    • For new users, it’s mandatory to read and agree to the Terms and Conditions of the platform. There will be a checkbox that you need to tick before proceeding.
    • Signature: As part of the registration process, you’ll also be required to add your digital signature. This is to confirm that you have read and agree to the terms.

2. Dashboard Overview

  • Initial Setup:

    • When you first access your Dashboard, it will be empty. This means that no villa or land listings have been added yet.

  • Manage Your Listings:

    • The Dashboard will allow you to view, edit, and delete any listings you add.
    • You’ll see a list of all your posted listings once you start adding them.

  • Upgrade Membership:

    • To publish your listings and make them visible on the platform, you need to upgrade your membership. Without upgrading, your listings will not be made public, though you can still create and manage them.
    • Membership upgrade options will be available in your dashboard section or a prompt may appear when you try to publish a listing.

3. View and Manage Listings

    • View Listings:

      • Once you have listings added, you can click on the View Listings section from your dashboard.
      • This will redirect you to a page where you can see all of your published listings in an actual layout. Here, you can review the details of each listing, check the format, and make sure everything looks good before it’s published.
      • Example: You’ll be able to see how your listings will appear to potential buyers, including property images, descriptions, and pricing.
  • Add a New Listing:
    • To add a new listing, go to the Add Listings section on your dashboard.
    • A popup form will appear asking for the following details:
      • Featured Video: Enter Your YouTube or Vimeo URL. (Optional)
      • Property Title: Vila in Canggu.
      • Property Type: Villa, Land, etc.
      • Location: The city, neighborhood, or specific area.
      • Price: Enter the listing price.
      • Description: A detailed description of the property, highlighting key features.
      • Photos: Upload images of the property (ensure the images are high-quality and clear).
      • Other Features: Depending on the property type, you may be asked to fill in additional fields like number of rooms, amenities, etc.
      • Google Map: Video Demo

  • Form Validation and Error Handling:

    • If you see red borders around any form fields, this indicates that something is missing or incorrectly formatted. Common errors include:
      • Leaving a required field empty (e.g., price or description).
      • Using an incorrect format (e.g., phone number or email).
    • Make sure to correct the errors by filling in the required fields properly. Once all required information is correctly added, the red borders will disappear, allowing you to submit the listing.

  • Publish Your Listings:

    • After completing the form and clicking Submit, your listing will not immediately go live unless you’ve upgraded your account. Once you upgrade your membership, all your villa and land listings will automatically be published and visible on the website.

4. Upgrade Your Membership

    • How to Upgrade:
      • Membership upgrade options can typically be found within your dashboard. Look for an Upgrade Membership or Get Premium button.
      • Benefits of Upgrading:
        • Publishing listings instantly.
        • More exposure for your property.
      • After upgrading, any listings you add will be automatically published and visible to the public.

5. View and Edit Your Profile

    • View Profile:
      • In the View Profile section, you can see your personal details, such as your name, email, contact information, and registration date.

  • Edit Profile:

    • If you need to update any personal information, such as changing your email address or phone number, you can do so in the Edit Profile section.
    • Simply click Edit, make the necessary changes, and save them.

6. Quick Guide on How to Logout

  • Sign Out:
    • When you’re finished using the platform, click on the Logout button to sign out of your account. This ensures your account is secure and prevents unauthorized access.

  • Listing Tips:

    • Make sure your property descriptions are clear and compelling to attract potential buyers or renters.
    • High-quality photos can greatly increase the chances of your listings being noticed.
    • Regularly update your listings if there are any changes to the property details, pricing, or availability.

    • Use a strong password and enable two-factor authentication (if available) to protect your account.

  • Membership Upgrade Reminder:

    • If you’re unable to publish your listings, remember that upgrading your membership is the key to going live. Be sure to check for any promotional offers or discounts on membership upgrades.
